Meet Our Certified Culinarian!

Brandon Lindell graduated from Delaware Tech with his Associates in Culinary after attending high school at Delcastle Technical High School where he also studied culinary arts as his shop. During high school he even had the opportunity to travel to Italy and gain some knowledge from local chef's. He loves what he does and his passion shows in every dish he puts out. Brandon has high hopes in helping Owner Howard Johnson grow the business and possibly expanding in the near future. His food cost knowledge and  restaurant management experience has helped The Odd Fellows Cafe continue to head in the right direction. The catering side of the business has picked up as the wedding season approaches, Brandon's banquet experience has given it the push and professional look it needs to be the best for our customers!
